For a full refund, requests must be submitted to [email protected] prior to September 1, 2024.
Registration cancellations after September 1 can be made for credit for next year's conference ONLY.
Cancellations can not be made after November 1, 2024.
Meal orders cannot be cancelled after November 1, 2024.
Registrations are non-transferable.
Bands and Groups will have the total registration cost capped at $750 total. If you are planning on performing with a group whose costs would exceed that please reach out to [email protected] so we can help coordinate your discount.
